Sample Incubation

• Sample temperature is controlled via heating the complete microscope with a warm-air blower (The Cube & The Box from Life Imaging Services)
• Small incubation chamber (insert for microscope stage) allows for incubation with pre-moisturized air/CO₂ gas mixture
