Leica LSM SP5

This laser scanning imaging system from Leica provides a spectrophotometric detector (SP) to enable simultaneous detection of up to three fluorescence channels. The SP5 provides three PMTs and two highly sensitive HyD detectors. The microscopic environment (temperature, CO₂ and humidity) can be precisely controlled via an incubation system.
